This agreement regulates the terms of use of the services provided by Çağlar Berk Medya Hizmetleri (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). Every user who uses the Platform's websites and applications, registers, or shops through these channels (hereinafter referred to as the "User") is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the conditions below.

If the conditions in this agreement do not suit you, please do not register to the Platform and do not use our services.

The Platform recommends that users review this agreement each time they visit the site. Our company reserves the right to change, reorganize, or discontinue this agreement, the services, products, and information offered on the site without prior notice.

1. General Rules of Use and Obligations

In the following situations, the Platform management may block a user's access to the services and reserves all legal rights:

Recording false, incomplete, misleading, or immoral information and statements on the site.
Engaging in activities that violate the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Copying, distributing, or using site content or any material without authorization.
Sharing personal information such as username and password with third parties. The user is directly responsible for any damage originating from such sharing and may not use another person's IP address, e-mail, or username, nor access other users' private information without consent.
Using software that threatens the security of the Platform, blocks its operation, damages data, or carrying out spam or similar attempts.
Engaging in unethical, manipulative, or disturbing communication (e-mail, SMS, etc.) directed at other users.

Users who do not comply with these items are considered to have accepted all legal and criminal liability in advance.

2. Special Conditions Regarding the Use of Services

Order Quantities: Unless otherwise stated, explanations and pricing for the social media services offered on the Platform apply to 1,000 units. As the order quantity increases, the fee will increase proportionally.
Service Descriptions: Each service has its own description and processing time. The user is obliged to read the relevant service description in full before ordering. If an order is placed without reading the description, no refund is issued if expectations are not met.
Order Refunds: If an order is partially completed or cancelled due to service-related issues, the incomplete portion is automatically refunded to the user's balance.
Warranty Terms: Unless explicitly stated in the service description, no guarantee is provided regarding activity, permanence, or drops in the social media services offered on the Platform.
Prohibited Content: Users may not include obscene, illegal betting, politics, violence, insult, harassment, profanity, or other unlawful/disturbing content in their orders. If such an order is detected, the user's membership is terminated without warning and without refund.
Order Responsibility: The Platform is not obliged to examine every order in detail. All legal responsibility arising from misuse of an order belongs to the user.
Link Changes: If the social media profile or link processed in an order is changed, hidden, or removed after the order is placed, no refund will be provided.
Platform Updates: Social media platforms are constantly updated. The user accepts in advance that such updates may cause delays or issues in service operation.
Account Security: The Platform accepts no responsibility if social media accounts are closed, posts are removed, or similar negative situations occur after service delivery. Our only obligation is to provide the quantity specified in the order.
Duplicate Orders: A second order must not be placed for the same target (profile/link) before a previous order is completed. Otherwise, processes may be disrupted and no refund may be issued.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The overall design of the Platform, all information, images, trademarks, logos, icons, and other materials, as well as their related intellectual and industrial property rights belong to Çağlar Berk Medya Hizmetleri or are used under license and are legally protected. These materials may not be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, or used on another platform without prior permission and citation. Any contrary action entails legal and criminal liability.

4. Privacy Policy

The transaction records of our users are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties. However, these records may be provided to the competent authorities if officially requested.
Credit card information entered on the payment page is never stored on Platform servers to ensure security. All payment transactions take place over a secure interface between your device and your bank or the relevant payment institution (e.g., PayTR).
Registering on the Platform or placing an order means that you consent to receiving announcements and marketing content via e-mail and phone. Users can opt out at any time.

5. Refund Policy

In general, balances loaded to the Platform are not refunded. The deposited balance can only be used for services within the Platform. However, Platform administrators reserve the right to make refunds in exceptional cases.
Once orders are entered into the system, cancellation or refund requests are not accepted. Only if the system cannot complete the order will an automatic refund be issued.
If a user insults or abuses Platform staff, the user's membership and existing balance may be terminated without refund.
Accounts for which stolen credit cards or illegal payment methods are detected are immediately closed.

6. Enforcement and Modification of the Agreement

This agreement enters into force once the user completes and approves the registration form or begins to benefit from the Platform's services. The Platform reserves the right to change this agreement unilaterally at any time. The updated agreement becomes effective as soon as it is published on the Platform.

Every customer who registers to the Platform and uses our services is deemed to have accepted all of the above conditions and cannot claim any rights contrary to these provisions in the event of a dispute.
